The practice management team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.

Reception

We employ 8 Receptionists to provide an important link for patients with the practice. They are your initial contact point for making an appointment. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, patient records and carrying out reporting and practice audits. One of our receptionists also ensures that all new medical records coming in to the practice are accurate and all the important information is added on to our electronic clinical record system. 

Secretaries

 
We employ 5 secretaries to deal with a variety of enquiries from patients and to handle the thousands of letters we receive every year from Hospitals, Solicitors, Insurance Companies and others relating to medical records.  They type letters and ensure good communication with other healthcare professionals involved in your care.
